30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I'm here to help.


Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).


Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact me before returning your product.

Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact me using the form on the site for instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
